We truly enjoyed reasonably spacious rooms and decent food.

The hotel's location is convenient and marvelous, really close to Chennai, T.Nagar, a bustling commercial area. It is situated near the Singapore embassy and the main shopping area Pondy Bazaar, T. Nagar. It's also very close to the Singapore consulate.

Food.

Comfortable rooms, clean and equipped with a restaurant. The location is good and easy to locate.

Compared to Chennai city, the hotel was clean. But only compared to Chennai city.

For western tourists the breakfast was a bit spicy. However before we left one guy from the hotel staff said that they would have prepared toasted bread for us, if we have asked. (Actually we had asked for it. Make sure you ask the right person).

I had a really good stay at this hotel in a great location. It was situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were excellent - the manager was very friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the room were comfortable, especially the queen size bed. The breakfast provided was a good start to the day, with decent South Indian food.

No major complaints - all was great during my stay.

they got a big problem of electric devices, wifi, TV.. Total stayed there for 3 days and the wifi was not working for 2 days. you may only hit the the TV in room 106 to get some sound, Not Cell phone signal at 1st floor..

- Located equi-distant to US Embassy and OFC Centre. Walkable in 30 minutes. - Clean and polished interiors. - All amenities as promised. - Attentive and courteous staff. - Decent food.

- Required specific attention to deal with mosquitoes. - Tea/water/food overpriced. Considering price of room, bottled water should have been complimentary. - Located next to an unhygeinic settlement on one side. - Getting there by public transport was challenging. Hotel could provide instructions to booked guests. - Got unclean utensil once.

Ok for the money. Staff were helpful.

Not up to international standards. They didn't even have toilet papers. Their sheets were so-so. They just had one flat pillow per person. They only had Tamil TV channels and on TV there were messages from the cable operator that they need to pay the bill (during our entire stay). Food was just okay. Saw a little roach crawling on the dining table while we were having breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. Considering the amount I paid, I was expecting an average stay, but I was amazed by the quality of the rooms. The fittings were wonderful, the AC and TV worked excellently, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the room, from the dressing area to the comfortable queen size bed, was impressive. The location was also great, being close to important landmarks like the Singapore consulate and just a few minutes from the Gemini Flyover.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The 2nd room was better as it had no mould.

Mould in rooms. Staff did not try to help with anything. Did not understand simple requests. Only speak Tamil. Hard to get to by public transport. Breakfast was cold and disgusting. Very expensive for what it is.
